BVI Complaints Commission

Elton Georges, the BVI Complaints Commissioner, wrote to us following the completion of the Complaints Commissioner website (www.ombudsman.vg), saying:

It would be remiss of me not to formally write to you and express my appreciation and that of my staff, for the first-rate work that you have done building the new website for the Complaints Commission. We have received several favourable comments on the web design and functionality of the site especially, and you would be happy to learn that we have already processed complaints submitted online. our goals of

(a) envisioning a concept for the website

(b) keeping construction manageable using a carefully controlled working outline

(c) reaching our targeted audience, and allowing more convenient and private means by which to submit a complaint, and

(d) arranging the website as a whole, intelligently functioning unit that expresses our ideas, were all realized...
